1. Eat the right stuff

Create a symbiotic environment to sustain a lifetime of growth

  • Paying attention to the ingredients of what you're eating
  • Ask about cooking quality when eating out, steer towards foods you know have high quality natural ingredients (Soups, Salads)
  • Avoid (to the best of your ability) highly processed foods. Your body will quickly learn to reject these.

2. Sleep the right amount

Ensure your nighttime routine is encouraging towards a successful night's sleep

  • Stop eating around 4 hours before bed
  • Cease caffiene or drug injestion around this time as well
  • Pick a "lights out" time where you make your home more cave-like, shutting off lights and electronics

3. Consume the right content

Young people nowadays has an almost constant stream of content coming in from all kinds of sources. I's almost impossible not to let this get to your head, so it's important to be vigilant on the type of content you're consuming.

  • Take regular breaks from some and all social media platforms
  • Go on one 20 minute walk per day with no music or stimulus to increase acetocolyne production and assist in calming the nervous system
  • Police content for toxic behaviors and ideas, eliminate these from your environment where possible

4. Create the right environment

Ensure you're in a position where you minimize stress & become happy and healthy

  • Can include eliminating toxic people, substances, or environmental influences
  • Follow detoxification procedures to recover from scenarios with an incorrect biosis or environment.
